Returns

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return Request Timeline

All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased on sale (unless damaged)

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@innourishcare.com with your order number and product issue. Attach photos if applicable.
